Anyhoo, we do hope mew’ve all had a completely pawesome weekend, so let’s soar proper in and begin as at all times with our little respiration train, which we’re certain mew all have down paw by now… but when mew’ve forgotten, cease what mew’re doing for a second and take deep fulfilling breaths; counting to 5 on the inhale and 5 on the exhale:
